The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Whenever I start up and request for backup on a callout, the command in the console keeps repeating itself and units consistently arrive at my location for the rest of my session.

I remember using a panic button plugin and when I enabled it, my backup units would arrive non stop, until I switched it off. Could this maybe benrbe case for you?

The only plugin I have with a panic button is Police Smart Radio, but I've only started having the issue having this plugin prior.
