The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have a question .. I would like to know if having installed the lspdfr plugins together for that mod I run the risk of being banned by clicking on the button to play gta online in STEAM.

Yes you do, however I believe GTA/Rage will warn you or just not let you.  I could be wrong, as I've never tried.

 

You can remove "dinput8" from your directory and then go into GTA Online.  Just remember to keep dinput8 somewhere you can get it again.
