hey guys im trying to wipe out my gtav and mods such as lspdfr i tried doing that before and i failed if anyone can  give me instructions to do this correctly that would be great thanks from nypd 1999

You want to "wipe out" GTA V and all your mods? Go to steam/steamapps/common/grandtheftautov > right click the folder > delete.

Also, if you're on Steam, just right click GTA V in your library list-->uninstall.  You'd probably still need to delete the entire GTA folder as OL pointed out.

i tried doing all that but some of the mod folders come up still

What do you mean mod folders?  If you uninstalled the game and deleted GTA V's folder in your directory, there shouldn't be anything left.

ok the reason why im doing this because i get this error Rage Error Gtav Launcher.exe Exited Unexpectedly  thats why im doing a fresh re install  with no mods
