The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Currently, I am trying to change the original flatbed truck to a tow truck so that when I ask for a vehicle that is seized to be picked up it is a police tow truck that arrives on the scene.

 

I have downloaded the 'Met Police Tow Truck' and the file that I need to import is named 'towtruck.ytd'. Is there a way in one of the plugins to change the type of vehicle that arrives? 

The 'ReadME' installation file says to replace the original towtruck tile but would that not just do it so that the AI's are driving it and that it doesn't show up when I request a pickup

Doesn't the INI for his mod give you the option of changing the towtruck that responds?  You could always install it as a standalone.

    So I have done this recently. You need to change a setting in the .ini file for Arrest Manager or Traffic policer, can't remember which one it is. You can change the setting so that the flatbed comes all the time or the towtruck comes all the time. In your case I believe it's the towtruck.  You just need to make sure that the met police vehicle replaces the current towtruck.

     

    Keep in mind though that if it's a motorcycle you're trying to tow, I think a boxtruck turns up to take it away.
