GTA V Crashes with LSPDFR, works without.

Hello,

I am experiencing the same crash many others here are facing. When I try and load my game, I get a CTD when RPH is loading world and population. The interesting part is I get this crash when I have LSPDFR installed. If I uninstall LSPDFR, I do not crash. I originally was thinking it was the gameconfig.xml and too many dlc folders however, to my knowledge LSPDFR does not install any additional dlc folders.

Here is what I can provide you.

Loaded Mods

LSPDFR + RDE + Vanilla Works Extended = Crash

LSPDFR + RDE = Works

LSPDFR + Vanilla Works Extended = Works

RDE + Vanilla Works Extended = Works

Its a bit curious to me that individually all the above mods are compatible, but together they cause a crash. I cannot locate a cause what so ever, i thought it could have been RDE and Vanilla Works having conflicting popcycles, but they work together without LSPDFR. I thought it was a compatibility issue with LSPDFR and RDE but they also work together. Same for RDE and Vanilla Works. It is a puzzle to me what could be causing this. Any insite from someone much smarter than me?

But if the Vanilla Works Extended is causing the crash just play without it right, there's clearly something wrong with that mod! This is what Vanilla Works Extended says on it's download site.

'This pack will replace the carcols.ymt, carvariations.ymt, dispatch.meta, gameconfig.xml, popcycle.dat, popgroups.ymt, vehicles.meta & vehiclemodelsets.meta files. If you want to ensure that there's no conflicts with any of the other mods you have installed it is recommended to install this pack on a clean copy of the game (or of the "mods" folder) and only then start adding other mods in to the game. (This may however cause certain features of this pack to stop working'.

Seems as if something is causing issues with it, certain scripts and plugins or mods do have the same files as Vanilla Works Extended, it's possible that those together aren't compatible. I don't know much about it but if I was you I'd just play without Vanilla Works Extended tbh

The purpose of this post was to trouble shoot exactly where the conflict is. I have a hard time just placing the blame on Vanilla Works Extended when it works both with RDE and LSPDFR individually. Regardless of the files that it edits, it is compatible with both mods to some extend. So the real question becomes why when you load all three it crashes?

Well, LSPDFR works just fine for me and I do have over 50 extra mods, plugins and scripts installed with my game. I don't have Vanilla Works Extended or RDE and my game works right, so clearly one of them is causing an issue with each other or with LSPDFR, but again the mod author for Vanilla Works Extended mentioned that it might have issues with other mods. So it is fully possible that something isn't compatible in this case, so either you remove the faulty mod or you don't play the game  If I was you I'd just disable one of them and enjoy LSPDFR
