I've been trying to get this to work properly for several hours. Even with stock LSPDFR and a fresh download of Rage from their website, it still won't load properly. When I boot via the Rage EXE file, it acts like it loads properly, then when the actual game launches, it says it's loading Story mode with Rage, but the popup thing in the middle of the screen is not present. When I get in game, the police station icons show up, but when I go to one, I can't go On Duty, and the Rage Console doesn't open when I click F4.

 

I've managed to get the game to boot properly a few times when fiddling with Loading plugins in the settings and toggling DirectX11 in the Rage Settings, and it goes into the game properly. However, when I go to a station and go on duty, everything appears to load properly, except for the fact that I CAN'T MOVE at all in game. It hasn't crashed as I can still open NativeTrainer, the Rage Console (When the game loads properly), and I can open the map and such in the pause menu, but the I can't do anything in the actual game?????

 

 

This is increasingly frustrating....

Facing the same problem. Any input would be great.

Give this a try

 

Go into the RPH config console | Game settings tab | Click on the down arrow next to Command line switches | Then find "Force Windowed mode" and place a check in the box then Click on Save and Launch at the bottom

That helped with the loading issue, but I still can't move around in game....

Can you move around when playing normal GTAV Story mode? Try this, Launch GTAV into normal storymode from either PlayGTAV(Retail version) or from Steam (Steam version). Once fully loaded in. Try loading a different save up, move around to verify your character moves, save the game again, exit and launch from RPH this time to see if you can move. 

 

If problem still exists, do you play with a controller?

Can you get the console to work when you are in windowed mode? If so, and you still cannot move (meaning no player input possible), please open the console and run this (paste here, CTRL+V in console): Execute Game.LocalPlayer.HasControl=true;

 

Does that allow you to move?
