The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Ok, so i was able to get in when i removed all of the scripts,trainers, and other mods. Now what do i do?

It's going to be tedious and very annoying, but one by one re-add them and go back in game to see.  I suspect Reveal Full Map might be the problem.

ScriptHookV.dll was the problem. I forgot to mention i also deleted my plugin folder. Anyways thank you for your time and have a great day.

Okay, so i redownloaded the script hook v from its official website but it still would not work. I think i need script hook v for the scripts?

You only need ScriptHookV for certain scripts, but it is not required for LSPDFR/Rage.
