Quick note: This is for a friend, I don't have the pc on hand but it's a short phone call and TV session away
Recently I installed all the latest albo1125 plugins and a few select callouts to a buddies GTAV installation. Everything was fine, we tested the plugins and everything was working and good to go minus needing to reboot once.  He calls me next morning trying to explain that GTAV is crashing, he's not very versed in computers so I don't get specifics until later that day.
Apparently RPH goes through the whole fiasco of launching through steam, only to crash as social club pops up.  For a few seconds I thought I'd just need to reinstall RPH, then GTAV loaded in the background as if I booted it directly from steam. 
Long story short: Whenever I start RPH it immediately crashes at social club but the game is still launched by steam with social club active.  I can play the game without RPH just fine. 
What I've done so far:
I've unblocked everything (to my knowledge) in the GTAV folder

 made sure the entire folder isn't set to Read only

removed the entire mods folder

 reinstalled GTAV and tried RPH on a vanilla install

 reinstalled ASI loader and such with OpenIV

updated all Nvidia drivers
Replaced RPH, Scripthookv, and native trainer with fresh copies. 
Tried running RPH both with and without administrator 

Changing the compatibility modes for RPH (but not GTA or it's launcher)
 

I have looked for close to a week now for a solution, but even the answers I found were of no help/outdated. Any help would be appreciated. 

Did you ever get to the bottom of this? I am having the same trouble.
