The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I need a modification that decreases my health in LSPDFR! Actually,  i need 9999 shots to die while on duty.. this is so boring, because is so easy to kill the suspects  and i never die! Thank you, and sorry if my post is in a wrong place

     I'm sure you can adjust your health in one of the menus from the simple trainer.
