Recently I saw a video of Mikael Granli on YouTube, here it is:


In this video, he showed how he updated the CHP ELS patterns for the vehicles in Thehurk's pack. But now he says he lost the VCF files. Btw I don't know if he made it only for the Ford Explorer.
I'd like if there's something like this also for other vehicles (like the CVPI that I use all the time). But I don't know how the patterns were set up for the CHP Crown Vic in real life, although I got another video to show it:
