The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I don't know where to put this thread so please forgive me if it's in the wrong place. 

My fiancé is going crazy trying to get ragepluginhook to work so he can play lspdfr, but it keeps saying unable to load. Error is insufficient permissions/bad anti-virus. I don't have an anti-virus installed right now and I have allowed all permissions I could find. Someone please help!!!!

have tried running as administrator and still can't get LSPDFR to run, only loads GTAV
