Just like the title states for some reason when I point my gun at a suspect thats running/engaging me they will start to do the normal arrest procedure and then right before getting on the ground they turn to fist fight me. At first I thought I moved my crosshair/let go of E during the arrest, or that it was a one time thing but it happens now every single time I go to arrest someone. When my partner makes the arrest everything goes according to plan. Tested it now with ten peds in a row with same results (Whether they are actively engaging me with weapon or trying to flee). Any idea what could be causing this, possibly a conflicting mod? Any info is greatly appreciated!

Yeah still the same issue going on and figured it would just be a mod, so ill backtrack one mod at a time and hope i can narrow down whats causing the problem
