I have figured out how to make the ELS LEDs on the cars brighter but how can I make the lights that shine on the surrounding walls brighter? Any help is appreciated Thank You.

I am not good at modeling or developing sorry

In my game the lights on the left of this picture on the building are very dim and only on the lower half.

 

this is not my game this is what I would like it to look like
