my game keeps doing this where if i pause the game and unpause it or if i am just driving things will become invisible. does anyone know why it is doing it and how to fix it?

Are you referring to the ELS lights, or...?  Can you point out specifics please, because I'm not seeing anything.

no i am talking about the ground and buildings

That would be a memory issue, specifically either with your vehicle textures (are they 4k?), your vehicle (being too high poly), or your graphics settings.  It can be a number of things that you'll have to try and root out manually.  I'd start with whatever you recently added, or start with whatever you added around the time this issue started.
