Why is it that recently within past month or two, whenever a pop up window is active, I lose a lot of FPS? I will be playing with 100+ fps and then once I open a window, the FPS drops to 40-50. I don't recall this happening before. It really sucks when you initiation a stop and walk up to the vehicle and it's pretty laggy  cuz of the window.

I've had this issue too and others have stated that certain mods that aren't updated can cause this issue. Such as if you're running Albo1125s mods that interact with traffic stops it even lags for me. This should be fixed when he updates his mods. However if you're not running his mods then I'm not too sure.
