So I have three lspd cars that I want to get computer+ in but for some reason I can't it in them. It works perfectly in the stock police cars so I don't know.

Make sure all your add-on cars have

 

FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT

 

FLAG_EMERGENCY SERVICE

 

in the vehicles.meta.

 

Also make sure the carvariations for the car has a sirensetting of 1.
