Prisoner Transport spawning but not physically taking prisoner

Bit of an odd one this, used to work just fine, but I have added a few other script mods recently (mostly callouts though, so surely shouldn't interfere with Arrest Manager?), so thought it's worth an ask. When I've made an arrest, and called for prisoner transport, they arrive and get out of the vehicle, walk up to the prisoner and basically make all the right actions, but the prisoner then just stands there in the middle of the road or wherever they were stood, the transport officer goes and gets back in their vehicle and drives off. I get the prompt to say the prisoner has been picked up, yet they're still stood in front of me...any thoughts?
