I got a p4 HYPER THREADING witch is simulated dual core i think?

3.20 ghz with ati 4550 1 gb pci-e express and 4 gb ram on windows 7

i run EFLC at 20 to 25 with max settings 1280-1024

but i will say dual core is still a minimum, and your's is junk get a new pc
