The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

The game starts - no crashes or anything. BUT.... the console won't launch after I press F4 key.

 

I have installed LSPDFR First Response Mod twice after two clean installs of GTAV. I used the auto installer of the MOD but I will try the manual install next. But not sure why the console is not launching. Haven't seen that before.

 

Any suggestions?

Open the Rage settings and check "force directx11" and "forced windowed mode", then launch the game.
