The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hey brother to replace police 3 navigate to patch 4ng and copy in mods folder. It should work. I am guessing you’re using openiv?

    Use the very newest/highest number patchday.  Older patchdays don't work for vehicles anymore.
