LCPDFR crashing when accepting callout

Featured Replies

Hi, my LCPDFR crashes when I  accept a call out on GTA 5. I used the auto installer to install.

here is one of the RagePlugin logs from one of the crashes.

i did have alternative call outs installed but that was causing some issues, as far i know I have removed it.

Some updated details.

Tried a fresh manual install of lspdfr

Tried lspdfr troubleshooter. No errors found.

The crash always happens as soon as I hit Y to accept call out.

I'm on steam copy of game. I'm not trying to verify files.

I've yet to get LSPDFR to work since installation of the mod.

Do you have any custom vehicles installed? The plugin is crashing when trying to spawn a vehicle.

As you might guess, I make PeterUCallouts. I love working to bring LSPDFR players the kind of callouts that strike a good balance between realism and fun and are stable & varied!

It is highly likely that one of the custom vehicles is not installed correctly and is causing the crash. If you are able to manually spawn each of the custom vehicles you have in the game in turn, you may be able to track down which is causing the issue.

A fresh install where you have no custom content will also likely resolve it. If this does, and you choose to put custom vehicles back in, do so slowly, one at a time, and test — this will help you track down if one particular vehicle is the problem.
