Hello there I'm new this forum so please forgive me if its in the wrong topics admins are welcome to move the topic. Basically I have a model that I downloaded a mini car of a website and want to turn it into a British police car which I thought be cool as I love British cop cars and there isn't many on this website. 

 

I hope someone can help me with this and in easy steps please, if someone could do it for me it be more then appreciated. Thanks
