I downloaded everything and move it into the GTA file but when I click on the Rage Plugin Hook it says that my current game version is 0 and it needs to be 1290. I just bought GTA on my computer just so I could play LSPDFR. What do I need to do to get it working? Thank you

Make sure RagePluginHook is in your GTA V folder, and that GTA V.exe and GTAVLauncher are in your GTA folder.

I think that was most of the problem but now that I have fixed that when I start it up and press F4 nothing happens. When I close the game the RPH says that there was insufficient permission or a bad anti-virus. How do I fix that?

Start Rage as if you're going to play. When the Rage logo appears, click the gear icon in the lower left.  Now, in the settings, check "Force directx 11" and "force windowed mode".

It still will not work and it is saying "Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus"

I have directx 12 does that matter?

Not sure, try force directx12.

Have you installed scripthookV? It is required to properly run a lot of modifications you can find it here: http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/

"Can't hook game process" has nothing to do with ScriptHookV.  It means Rage cannot hook/connect to GTA V in order to start it.

I went ahead and installed it but that did not work either.

I have an option to force directx 10 and 11. Sorry about this, I'm new to mods and I have no idea how to do this stuff.
