The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

TBH bro its best you learn it yourself because rockstar updates alot and it would suck to always have someone else set it up and troubleshoot it! which can lead to hours and that would mean putting out alot of money and still not get what you expect so its best to just learn it yourself!  openIv  and all the mods read me helps and many modder set it up where all you gotta do it drag and drop ! :) Trust me bro its best you just do it yourself!
