The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hi, I understand there are tutorials out there how to setup lspdfr, and other plugins/etc yourself, but im willing to give anyone who wants it some money to help me install these things and get going. I will leave my discord below and anyone who wants to earn some $$$ can add me and just help me out for a bit, prob wont take long..

It is against our guidelines to offer money to users for anything. If you need help, please, please watch the hundreds of tutorials that are out there specifically for people such as yourself. Albo1125 has a nice tutorial, SteveTheGamer has one, plenty are out there. Installing LSPDFR/Rage is honestly simple as long as you know how to follow directions. So please, give it a try, follow along with the videos. If you still need help, create a new topic and we will gladly help you. Understand, however, we will not do it for you.
