I recently deleted my mods folder after screwing up adding a car. I have added all of the same mods I previously used, nothing new, and all of my other settings are the same. Although this time when I enter my vehicle the siren turns on, and cannot turn off.

 

I am currently using the following vehicles:

 (FPIU and Charger)
