zmodeler3 and failed zlib error with new updated car

hey guys been raking my brain all night im getitng a failed zlib error with a new car the 2016 EMS Explorer the updated v2 is causing this error, anyone know what in zmod could be causing this error?

this is version1 

cant seem to get the updated version to work, changes ive done new rambar, applied new textures and fixed light emissives, i remove the base values and still get this error any ideas

    [solved]  after exporting the car for the 35th time, no real changes, the car works miraculously. dont know how just is working now.
