The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

kinda late for respondiong syr :D the enb files are files of a graphic enhancing mod u may have used. for me deleting this grafik mod/ reshade has solved my issues wiht rph, so i assumed  u may have had some of the files aswell :P.

I have the same problem and I don't have any enb files in GTA V folder. Only lspdfr and rage hook.  "Slow system or bad antivirus" every time.
