if it helps I have a GTA v version of the truck I was asking about last month. It's made by Stratumx he made it to San Andreas and someone converted it to V. I'm thinking V will be portable to IV easier than San Andreas will.  if you look him up in the steam workshop he mentions that someone made the V version that he thinks it sucks but doesn't mind they made it for V. 

Just a guy trying to do right in a game that require wrong to win.
