hey lets say u got a ticket for usin ur phone while driving but it wasnt near u and u took a call sheet from ur phone company proving u werent wat else can u do that would hold in court?

Are you saying you got a bogus ticket? if you can prove the time you got the ticket correlates with the "said time" the officer say you with your cell...and there is no call, it should hold in court provided you have a good judge

yes and i took a call sheet. but she saud cus "my name wasnt on it" she didnt take it like wtf. so i gotta appeal now

dude im deff gonna fight it i have CRAZY charges for somethin i didnt even do :'( like if u hear wat im gettin for it ud be like kill urself lol jk. $130 fine + 3 points on licence...

This really isn't an appropriate place to ask about legal affairs. I suggest you consult a legal professional.

He's not asking about the legality of something..he's asking if a piece of evidence might hold, and consulting a legal advice is like 100+ bucks an hour and add that to the ticket fee if the ticket does not get tossed, I wouldn't waste the cash on legal counsel for a 100 or so dollar ticket (not sure what the fine is for the OP)

If the mobile phone laws are anything like where I am from the charge is "use" of a mobile phone. It doesn't require you to be talking on the phone, juts have it in your hand.
