Hello I want to create my own plugin but haven't got a clue on where to start, first off I would a template to work off so I can get used to it if there is any going around I would be very appreciated.

 

I have already got all the stuff needed installed including visual studio etc, so please can some one direct me into starting to mod/callouts.
