So to sum up what happened basically I've been grinding The Division like a maniac for about 2 months now and I kinda left GTA V aside during this time. I felt like playing some LSPDFR today and noticed on my steam that GTA had a new big update so I was like "k whatever another couple hours reinstalling and making my own folders and shit oh well so is the life of a modder" no big deal, RPH asked me if I wanted to back up my game version which I did, because I learned that for everything to be smooth RPH, scripthook and the game have to be all compatible and at the time of this only scripthook is missing out on the update so I launched my game and ran the previous patch no problem, when I got into my squad car and tried using the lights they didn't work... lightbar and auxiliary aren't turning on however wigwags and the sound cue of the lightstage changing it's there so no idea what is going on.

 

TL;DR: I am running pre-update patch of the game til scripthook is updated everything is kinda ok but right now my ELS lights make sounds but don't come on at all.

 

Any suggestions?

Check this topic.  Press CTRL+F and search for "headlights", you should be brought to the fix for your issue.
