The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I installed Albo's Police SmartRadio and it ran through the default options (end call, plate check, etc.) but it didn't go through the other mods, for like tow truck, coroner, etc. Uninstalling-reinstalling doesn't help. Any ideas?

If you go into the general config file, Look for AlwaysDisplayButtons=False. Change that to true.

Its not ideal, But at least that way the extra buttons should show.
