I have no idea why but whenever i press J enemies spawn. I deleted my trainer and that still didn't seem to solve the issue

 

UPDATE: Seems like doing anything spawns enemies. I pressed E accidentally and when i interacted with an NPC it spawned them.

    Don't just keep reinstalling the game when you're facing a problem...

     

    This possibly related to trainer, make sure you go to option, find "disable trainer keys", then make sure "save settings to trainer".
