Every time there is a either a vehicle with a car alarm driving by or a recklessly driving vehicle drives by, the game crashes. This only happens when it's an environmental callout, not when I get a call on the radio for speeding/stolen vehicle nor an ANPR hit. I'm not sure why but I have a feeling this may be a known issue. If it isn't does anyone happen to know how to fix it?

In your main GTA V directory is RagePluginHook text document. Please attach this.

Sorry. How do you attach a file? When I try to attach the PagePluginHook.log file, it says that it only accepts gif, jpeg, jpe, jpg, and png files,

You can ignore that. :)  It'll still let you upload text documents.

The entire game now crashes sometimes. I can't notice a pattern. I still can't attach the crash report. The CrashReport is a RCR file and it says that it isn't supported, I cannot ignore it.

You’re trying to attach the wrong file. Please attach the file named like kallus said. Ragepluginhook.log

I still get the same message when trying to upload Ragepluginhook.log
