Update to els 8.51 or maybe an els 9 or will els for v work now?

since i can't redistribute or link to the article if you google search you'll find  that someone has  taken and made  basic asi and scripthook work   for patch 8 but it still hates advanced hook and or els 8.51.  As of now  i can get  SNT 6.3 to work  but it refuses to load anything out of the zone it belongs in I.E.  airport vehicles airport only even with spawning.  

Just a guy trying to do right in a game that require wrong to win.
