In accordance with our guidelines, we do not allow offering to pay users for mods/modding.  If your topic is referring to GTA modding, there's no reason to have users contact you on FaceBook when you're on the LCPDFR/LSPDFR forum.   If you're looking for someone to help add models into the game, you can post here, but please bare in mind we do not allow any requests in which the model will be private/exclusive to you.
