The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So i have a few cars installed and they have extras but when i go into extras with native trainer all i see is the extras for ELS how can i equip the extras for the car im using?

ELS utilizes the extras for the lights, however some models will still have a ram bar, ALPR system or what not that will still be an extra.  If you're sure the vehicle you're using has an extra of some type, flip through the extras in the trainer and enable all of them to find which one is the one you want.
