I have the Steam version of GTA V all of my plugins are updated to the latest versions as far as I can tell.  I am also using all three of Thero's Car Packs(LSPD, SHERIFF, FBI) with all add on cars.   Everything works, I get NO game crashes at all.  I can literally play for hours,  as long as I don't make any traffic stops LOL...   When I go to my stage 3 lights with ELS it all works, but will not initiate a traffic stop.  my only option to complete a call out is to cut the vehicle off, and then pull them out at gunpoint...LOL    Hopefully somebody can help me find the missing puzzle piece causing this, because I have been looking for days and cannot find it.   Let me know what screen shots if any are needed and I will update this thread with them as soon as possible.

Are you able to make traffic stops with any of the POLICE, POLICE2, POLICE3 models? or no?

im doing more testing  right now but so far no vehicles work at all.

This sounds stupid, but are you sure you're on duty?  Have you gone to the police station and gotten the prompt? or have you opened the Rage console and typed "Forceduty"?

LOL, there are no stupid questions at this point.   Confirmed on duty, I get callouts  and everything else works.  However I cant initiate traffic stops, even the unmodified Policeold1 and policeold2 slots won't do traffic stops. I have been super busy and haven't played in a long time, i'm not forgetting a step am i?  Its just activate the lights to initiate a stop??

You have indeed missed a step!  When you get behind the vehicle, press shift on keyboard or A on controller to 'blip' them.  You'll hear an audio cue and see them as a red dot on your map.  Then turn on your lights and you'll initiate the stop. :)
