Hello, 

I just started using LSPD:FR I was doing okay with adding plugins until I added anything by Albo1125. Once I added Arrest Manager, or Police Smart Radio, or Assorted Callouts Rage would crash and I wouldn't be able to open the program using F4 anymore. After I removed them the game seemed to work. Can anyone help me to see what's wrong with my installation?

Also make sure you download the latest Albo 1125 common and the latest mod by Albo last

You possibly could have too many plugins installed

To my immediate knowledge there isn't a plugin limit, you can have as many as your PC is able to run at one time.  My LSPDFR folder is full of callouts and other plugins, never have I had a "too many plugins" issue.
