The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

i'm having the same issue and my "video memory" is 2246/6143 so it's far from maxed, can anyone help?

GPU: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor

Memory: 16 GB RAM (16 GB RAM usable)

Current resolution: 1920 x 1080, 60Hz

Try temporarily removing all plugins inside your LSPDFR folder and see if it still happens. If it doesn't, the issue is with one of said plugins.

I did all that, I even uninstalled the game and reinstalled everything, and starting the game each time I added something new to see which one was breaking it.

I also received the suggestion to lower the quality of the skins on cars, all my skins are 4k... so I'll try that and see if it helps. It would make a lot of sense since I noticed it often happens after a pursuit with 4 or more backup units involved.

didn't fix it :( Need some other idea... this is ruining my videos :'(

The thing that really bothers me is that I'm only using 2246 out of the 6143 MB of memory that I have and it still does it after 15-20 minutes.
