The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

You can't. LSPDFR is PC only mod.

Hey guys anyway to play lspdfr on the console with this new update allowing the mod menu being available and the money mission??

Ive been seeing vids on people plugging in usb drives and downloading it to that plugging it into the PS4 and installing on the ps4. Jw if its actually possible yet

As stated above. LSPDFR is not available for console, Nor will it ever be available for Console.
