He has like the 1200$ Dell XPS laptop and he downloaded GTA IV via Steam, he has NO mods on it at all,just the game. But when he playes it, none of the buildings pop up! Can someone help?

What are the specs of his computer sounds like he needs to drop his resolution and graphics, and his computer might not be able to handle the game sorry hope this helps....
