Fantastic guide, though I have a few questions. I also want as many features as possible but still maintaining some stability. Where do you draw the line with your mod selection on what keeps it stable? Would adding EUP and ELS on top of what you already have really make it that much more unstable? Of course then you'll have to be using ELS cars, but as far as I'm concerned cars don't contribute to stability, do they? Again I'm asking, not stating. Still learning this modding world myself!

It really depends on your rig and what it can handle.  No guide is truly going to be able to help you in that department unless the person who wrote it was using the exact same computer.  I, personally haven't noticed ELS causing fps drops for me, but on a lower end rig it might.  EUP, to my knowledge, shouldn't really take any active hits on your fps, but I haven't installed the newer EUP so I don't know for sure.

It's also hugely trial and error based.  Install some mods, go in game and see how it responds.  Rinse and repeat until you start running into a problem.  I have my game fully modded out and while I don't get the best fps, it's not to the point of being a problem for me.

Do you by chance know what some of the bigger FPS hitters are in terms of mods? Specifically the more popular ones?

Off the top of my head, definitely callout packs just because they are constantly active when you're on duty.  Pretty much any mod that activates when you forceduty is going to be taking up some  fps, even if it's a small amount. Some will take up more, some less, just depends.   As I said, though, if you're on a good PC, it shouldn't be an issue for you.  I have a crap ton of LSPDFR plugins and more callouts than one deputy/officer needs.

So I notice you didn't include Albo's common despite using Albo's mods.

I tried to do that and nothing worked except LSPDFR, is there something I'm missing, here?
