The game is crashing whenever I get in a vehicle, modded or unmodded. I've never had this issue before so I have no idea where to begin in solving it.

Did you edit the vehicleslayout.meta?

Nope. This issue is completely out of the blue.

Since the last topic I made about LSPDFR crashing, at which point all vehicles were functioning, no changes were made.

For now, rename your mods folder to _mods and then go into the game and see if it still happens.

Mods folder removed, game completely reinstalled. Issue still persists.

You said you reinstalled the game, but did you also reinstall your plugins?  If so, remove all of them, including scripts and give it a try.

Now it works fine when using vehicles, but the second I go to activate emergency lights, it crashes the game.

From what I remember, that happens if there is some type incompatibility.  Remove everything except LSPDFR, Rage, ScriptHookV and ELS.

Only other thing I have is Simple Trainer, which I removed. However, nothing changed.
