The original Police Radio was removed by the author and isn't obtainable anywhere else.  Police Smart Radio is your best option.

I know, that's why i'm asking if anyone that did have and still do could possibly sen d me it..

That would be against our guidelines which state not to redistribute mods.  Not only that, the author clearly didn't want his mod to be used anymore, hence removing it. Please respect his wishes and stop trying to get it from other users.
