Alright since there isnt one out there, I would like to try making a skin for north las vegas pd. However, I have no idea really where to begin. I know to export the texture ect and I have a model that is close enough, just cant get a good bearing of where the texture placement would be......

    If the model comes with a template, copy that over as a new layer into Photoshop/Gimp/etc, set the transparency to something like 50%, and voila.
