The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

ELS v8 problems, not working

Hi i've installed els to my gta v, but whenever i use els vehicles one part of the lightbar is just like the photo below, just one part is stuck on

and no controls work, im not even sure if els is running. Any help would be appreciated because i've been looking for a while now!

See if its working first, Bring up the els panel. I believe it's ctrl+p or alt+p. 

if it pops up, than make sure you are using an ELS vehicle and you put the els config file for that vehicle inside your els vehicle configurations folder

the panel doesnt pop up

 

i have scripthook and everything els requires its just not starting?
