Hello everybody, im not quite sure if this is the correct section to post this as I am new to the site, however it seems like it is. At the moment the computer i'm having to play GTA V on isn't by any means very good, and for that reason I can't have my post fx and shaders setting on high to get those beautiful lights. As many of you probably know, when ELS gets installed it seems to change the lights and make them all dim and all, even on vanilla cop cars, and my question is if there is a way to get ELS to use the default GTA V police car lights because its either really dim lights or really low fps for me and its very frustrating, thanks!

No there's not. ELS models were made around ELS and its functionality.  You could try and up your emissives in the visualsettings.dat, but that may not help at all.
