1) Are you honking the horn when doing this?

- Yes I press E and the lights activate. I have also pressed E several times. The car will pull over but just to "Get out of the way"

2) Can you provide more information?  Do the headlights and taillights flash, or no?

- Back taillights flash, however no other lights will work!

3) You need to install Computer+

1) Open the ELS INI in the main directory.  Find this line "ELSTrafCTRL", change to false.

 

2) Make sure you have ScriptHookV installed.

I can't find ELS INI in the main directory only "ELS and ELS.asi"

 

I do have sciptHookV installed however it still is not working!

The file named only  "ELS" is what you're looking for.  Open it.

 

Do you have advancedhookv.dll in the main directory?

Yes I have advancedhookv.dll in the main directory.

 

I have changed the it from "true" to false. It still does not work! The file name was "ELSTrafCTRLON" There was no ELSTrafCTRL

 

Also tried to do a traffic stop with no success.

ElsTrafCTRLOn is the same thing as ELSTrafCTRL, just set that to false.

 

Make sure the ELS VCF is in the pack_default folder, and please read the readmes that come with ELS. 

There is no ELS VCF anywhere in the GTA 5 folder.

The ELS VCF would've came with the car.  It would've had the exact same name as the car.  Please make sure the model you're trying to use is actually ELS.

Ok! What about the traffic stops!

As long as you're on duty and have the VCF installed, traffic stops will work.   Make sure you're pressing A/left shift when behind the vehicle and having your lights on to stage 3.
